CrossFit

CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness program that combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular exercises. It is designed to improve overall fitness by challenging you to perform functional movements at high intensity levels. CrossFit workouts are done in a group setting and vary from day to day, providing a constantly varied and challenging training experience, so you never get bored, and you get to work out with a group of awesome people who cheer you on and push you to be your best.

Weightlifting

This is where there is a heavy focus on breaking down the technical movements of the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. The coach explains and demonstrates movement standards for the class, corrects your technique as needed, and encourages you through.

Yoga

Build and prepare your body through our specialized yoga classes, made to help you develop ligament strength, muscle control, and mobility so you can perform at your best for CrossFit and life. You’ll come out of our Yoga classes with a better sense of body awareness which will help you not only help you stay consistent through your training but aid in your mental resilience for when times get tough.

Kids & Teens Classes

The CrossFit Kids and Teens program is a fitness program designed for children and teens that incorporates age-appropriate exercises and movements to improve strength, coordination, and overall health. Workouts are designed to be fun and engaging, and can help children develop a love for fitness and healthy habits early on in life. The program is led by certified CrossFit trainers who prioritise safety and proper technique, while also creating a positive and supportive environment for kids to thrive in.
